At Daniel Klein Bahrain, customer satisfaction matters to us. Products may be exchanged within the following periods and subject to the conditions below.
Watches Within 15 days of purchase
- The watch must be unused and in its original condition, with its original box, warranty card, tags and all accessories.
- Watches cannot be exchanged if the bracelet has been adjusted, any part of it has been removed, or any other modification has been made to the watch.
- Watches with scratches, breakage, impact damage or any damage caused by misuse will not be accepted.
Shipping costs for exchanges
The customer pays for shipping the item back to us and for delivery of the replacement item: BHD 1.650 within Bahrain or BHD 5.000 to the GCC destinations we serve.
