سياسة الاستبدال
نوفر الاستبدال وفق المدد والشروط الموضحة أدناه. لا نوفر الإرجاع مقابل استرداد المبلغ، والاستبدال خاضع لتوفر المنتج البديل.
الساعات — خلال 15 يوم من الشراء
- يجب أن تكون الساعة غير مستخدمة وبحالتها الأصلية، مع العلبة الأصلية وبطاقة الضمان والملصقات وجميع الملحقات.
- لا تقبل الساعة للاستبدال إذا تم تعديل السوار أو إزالة أي جزء منه أو إجراء أي تعديل آخر على الساعة.
- لا تقبل الساعات التي بها خدوش أو كسر أو أضرار ناتجة عن الصدمات أو سوء الاستخدام.
العطور — خلال 3 أيام من الشراء
يجب أن يكون العطر غير مفتوح وغير مستخدم، وبحالته وتغليفه الأصليين.
الإكسسوارات — خلال 15 يوم من الشراء

إثبات الشراء
الفاتورة أو إثبات الشراء مطلوب لجميع طلبات الاستبدال.
رسوم الشحن عند الاستبدال
يتحمل العميل تكلفة شحن المنتج إلينا للاستبدال، إضافة إلى تكلفة توصيل المنتج البديل إليه. رسوم توصيل البديل داخل البحرين 1.650 د.ب، وإلى السعودية والكويت وعُمان وقطر والإمارات 5.000 د.ب. تكلفة الشحن إلينا يتحملها العميل حسب شركة الشحن التي يستخدمها.

Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges subject to the periods and conditions below. Returns for a refund are not offered. Exchanges are subject to replacement product availability.
Watches — within 15 days of purchase
- The watch must be unused and in its original condition, with its original box, warranty card, tags and all accessories.
- Watches cannot be exchanged if the bracelet has been adjusted, any part of it has been removed, or any other modification has been made to the watch.
- Watches with scratches, breakage, impact damage or damage caused by misuse will not be accepted.
Perfumes — within 3 days of purchase
Perfumes must be unopened, unused and in their original condition and packaging.
Accessories — within 15 days of purchase
Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
Proof of purchase
An invoice or proof of purchase is required for all exchanges.
Shipping costs for exchanges
The customer pays for shipping the item back to us and for delivery of the replacement item. Replacement delivery costs BHD 1.650 within Bahrain or BHD 5.000 to Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar and the United Arab Emirates. The customer also pays the return-to-store shipping charge set by their chosen carrier.
